Laminated plastic packaging for packaging products such as beverages, dry food, frozen food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, pet products, etc. To meet market demand, Amiba has built a plastic packaging factory with modern technology in VSIP II-A industrial park, Binh Duong province.
1. Amiba’s plastic packaging factory in Binh Duong province
In 2017, the Amiba company built a factory with a total investment of 200 billion VND and an area of 20,000m2, located in Vietnam-Singapore II-A Industrial Park, Vinh Tan Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province.
The production base covers an area of more than 20,000 metres square with two modern imported flexible packaging production lines. Moreover, the company is ISO9001-2015, ISO22000 certificated, all of the material and finished products conform to the FDA and EU standards to meet high hygiene standards of dairy, juice, personal care, and chemical product.

We take a lead in a variety of innovative packaging including retort pouch, modified atmosphere packaging, stand-up pouch with zip lock, and other common PP, PE, HDPE bottom sealed heavy-duty bag, shopping bag, shrink film, agricultural film.
2. Scale and production capacity
Factory area: 20,000 m2
LLDPE 3-layer bag blowing machine: 4 machines from 400mm to 2800mm
PP 3-layer bag blowing machine: 3 machines from 100mm to 1000mm
Various types of bag cutters, seals, Bottom Seal, Shopping bag, zipper 25 machines
Labor: 130 Officers – Employees
Monthly output: laminated film 6 million/m2, blown film 400 tons
3. Production line
The plastic packaging production line at Amiba’s factory always ensures full processes and strictly complies with regulations on production safety for products, workers, and the environment. The production line includes the following steps:
- Design
- Blowing film
- Printing
- Inspection
- Dry grafting and solvent-free grafting
- Split roll
- Make bags
To accomplish our promises of quality assurance to our customers, AMIBA has not only adopted many kinds of advanced quality monitoring equipment but also employs effective standard operating procedures in the production process like ISO9001-2018 and ISO22000. Both Incoming raw materials and finished goods are subjected to strict tests in our laboratory.

4. The infrastructure
Using solar energy to shine around the factory
Implement a one-way circulation method for goods and employees working at the factory.
Reuse heat energy from the printer’s spool system, circulating it. Not only does it save electricity, but it also limits the amount of heat released

Solids Management – We have a management system to ensure the strictest confidentiality of product information until product completion. The landfill is also cleaned, thoroughly arranged, and kept clean.
5. Amiba’s plastic packaging products
AMIBA produces one to three layers of polyethylene (LLDPE), high density (HDPE), and polypropene (PP) bottom seal, side-sealed, bag, and roll stock with width range from 15cm to 270cm. In addition, we provide cast stretch film, agricultural film, shrink film, hygienic film for the various industries as well.
Three side seal has three sides sealed, leaving one side to be sealed after fill. It is the most widely used by customers due to its cost-effectiveness and any application that does not require standing-form packaging. At the same time, three side seal bags could be constructed in any structure for frozen food, sterilized goods, or liquid, seafood, peanut products. AMIBA offers optional characteristics like zip-lock, slider, easy-tear line, matt, gloss finish
Quad Seal pouches or R-shaped pouches are sealed on all four corners adding to the stability of the pouch. We also custom-build side gusset/quad seal pouches to meet your specific requirements. Common uses: Coffee, cook-in-tray roasts, dry goods, powders, confectionery, tea
Applicable for any automatic packaging devices. Saving operation cost compared to bag-type packaging. This type of slim small portable package commonly holds drink mixes, snacks, instant coffee, sugar
