OPTION FEATURES

ANTI-FOG

The formation of fog on package is the result of the condensation of water vapor on the surface of transparent film. Fog is commonly caused by the temperature of package’s surface falls below the dew-point temperature of the air and water that is within the package. Food items being stored in plastic package usually has high moisture content, when this package is stored in a cool environment, moisture condenses on the surface causing fog to occur. Amiba anti-fog film has gel free surface on the inner layer of the package. When fog occurs, condensed water droplets are spread into a thin continuous layer of water, improving the transparency of the packaging and durability of the contents. Anti-fog material is commonly used as lidding film or packaging material for refrigerated food items.

EASY TEAR LASER SCORED LINE

Laser scoring application enhances easy-open use your product without compromising the packaging strength and barrier. It gives clean cut while holding the parts in place. The laser punched dot line makes the precise inline depth to create controlled straight line for tearing. Amiba also has the ability laser scoring horizontally on rollstock film used for vertical form fill seal machine. After rollstock film forms into pillow bag, the package will have a horizontal easy tear line across. It allows consumers tearing horizontally with a clean open line. Tear notch is not required with horizontal laser scored line.

MATTE AND GLOSS SURFACE FINISH

While most plastic packaging on shelve looks shining due to the natural property of the raw material, a bag with matte surface really do look special. This capability gives the package organic and premium look, and helps to differentiate your products in retail stores. The combination of matte and varnish finish would even more enhance the appearance of our product by highlighting partial elements such as the brand name or product image.

TEAR NOTCH

Tear notch is a small triangle cutoff on the sealing area which allows consumers tear open the bag easily without need of mechanical cutting. Quantity and position of tear notches can be custom assigned in custom printed pouches.

5. Raw materials for rollstock production

Three-sided laminated bags at Amiba are manufactured with materials imported from reputable domestic and foreign suppliers. High-quality packaging, ensuring long-term packaging, transportation, and preservation.

Usually, the vast majority of membranes have an innermost PE laminate. And Amiba with 30 years of experience in the blowing industry of PE, PP, and HDPE bags can produce high-quality PE film used to combine with imported films, for example, PA, OPP, PET… to create a packaging product. The skin has heat resistance, oxygen resistance, and water vapor permeability.

Note: Raw materials used for printing plastic packaging are high-quality materials that do not use recycled plastic.
