Job description
- In charge of attendance, salary calculation, allowances for the entire factory;
- Compile work reports, meal reports, track leave days;
- In charge of insurance operations;
- Establish, monitor and manage labor contracts for all employees;
- Register personal income tax codes for new employees;
- Make a list of monthly social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance purchases when signing labor contracts;
- Make a list and implement social insurance policies for employees when they arise;
- Monitor and plan, issue uniforms to employees;
- Monitor the hiring of seasonal workers;
- Update and monitor personnel changes to adjust payroll, social insurance, and company policies;
- Prepare reports on fire prevention and fighting, labor safety and statistical reports as required …;
- Draft documents in the assigned areas.
