Job description

  • In charge of attendance, salary calculation, allowances for the entire factory;
  • Compile work reports, meal reports, track leave days;
  • In charge of insurance operations;
  • Establish, monitor and manage labor contracts for all employees;
  • Register personal income tax codes for new employees;
  • Make a list of monthly social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance purchases when signing labor contracts;
  • Make a list and implement social insurance policies for employees when they arise;
  • Monitor and plan, issue uniforms to employees;
  • Monitor the hiring of seasonal workers;
  • Update and monitor personnel changes to adjust payroll, social insurance, and company policies;
  • Prepare reports on fire prevention and fighting, labor safety and statistical reports as required …;
  • Draft documents in the assigned areas.
