Job description

– Manage all activities of the production department: Production planning, production productivity, and human resource management, …

– Arrange production workers in accordance with the personnel norm of each machine, work order, and production area.

– Coordinate with relevant departments to handle incidents arising in the shift (quality of goods, defective goods, use of raw materials, productivity, safety …)

– Coordinate with the Maintenance department to handle machine problems when they arise and check and maintain equipment periodically. At the same time, report to the Director major incidents that cannot be solved.

– Control production and product quality; Monitor the execution of the production plan.

– Summarize data and report to the Director on the progress of the production plan implementation, and weekly and monthly reports of finished products.

– Make periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and related reports.

– Manage training and development of professional staff. Building and training succession team. Evaluate the monthly performance of subordinate employees.

– Ensure workers in the factory comply with labour rules, regulations on labour safety, fire prevention and fighting, 5S, quality management system and food safety and hygiene according to FSSC 22000, ISO22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP

–  Managing and operating production in the team to ensure the highest efficiency, minimize costs and ensure labour safety, quality, and output.

Candidate Requirements

– Male over 30 years old, graduated from university in related majors

– Experience of 5 years or more in a similar position in manufacturing companies, preferably in the field of plastic, and plastic packaging.

– Used to manage the production department with over 100 employees

– Knowledge of procedures, 5S standards, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 22000: 2018, FSSC 22000, HACCP – Skill in planning, controlling and monitoring work.

– Communication, negotiation, persuasion and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to make presentations, and reports, withstand high pressure at work

– Ability to organize training – training.
