OPTION FEATURES

ANTI-FOG

The formation of fog on package is the result of the condensation of water vapor on the surface of transparent film. Fog is commonly caused by the temperature of package’s surface falls below the dew-point temperature of the air and water that is within the package. Food items being stored in plastic package usually has high moisture content, when this package is stored in a cool environment, moisture condenses on the surface causing fog to occur. Amiba anti-fog film has gel free surface on the inner layer of the package. When fog occurs, condensed water droplets are spread into a thin continuous layer of water, improving the transparency of the packaging and durability of the contents. Anti-fog material is commonly used as lidding film or packaging material for refrigerated food items.

EASY TEAR LASER SCORED LINE

Laser scoring application enhances easy-open use your product without compromising the packaging strength and barrier. It gives clean cut while holding the parts in place. The laser punched dot line makes the precise inline depth to create controlled straight line for tearing. Amiba also has the ability laser scoring horizontally on rollstock film used for vertical form fill seal machine. After rollstock film forms into pillow bag, the package will have a horizontal easy tear line across. It allows consumers tearing horizontally with a clean open line. Tear notch is not required with horizontal laser scored line.

EASY-OPEN LIP

It can make your production line even more efficient! The Easy-Open Lip is 2-3mm longer on one side of the bag that really helps the workers open the bag much easily and faster during filling in the products manually.

MATTE AND GLOSS SURFACE FINISH

While most plastic packaging on shelve looks shining due to the natural property of the raw material, a bag with matte surface really do look special. This capability gives the package organic and premium look, and helps to differentiate your products in retail stores. The combination of matte and varnish finish would even more enhance the appearance of our product by highlighting partial elements such as the brand name or product image.

V-CUT BOTTOM

V-Cut can be applied to regular Side Gusset bag. It allows package stands better when filled with products. Compare to the traditional gusset bag with horizontal seal at the bottom, this feature greatly avoid package falls down on the shelf. V-Cut Bottom keeps the products in the area so the bottom corners will be flat for easy-shape.

3. Classification

Four side seal has three sides sealed, leaving one side to be sealed after fill. It is the most widely used by customers due to its cost-effectiveness and any application that does not require standing-form packaging. At the same time, Four side seal bags could be constructed in any structure for frozen food, sterilized goods, liquid, seafood, and peanut products. AMIBA offers optional characteristics like zip-lock, slider, easy-tear line, matt, and gloss finish.

Based on your requirements and depending on factors such as storage time, product type (such as medicine, tea, frozen or dry foods, preservatives, vacuums …) that Amiba will manufacture laminated films made from single films accordingly.
