• In charge of timekeeping, calculating allowances for the whole factory
• Synthesize public notices, meal reports, and leave tracking
• In charge of insurance operations
• Monitor and manage HDLD for all employees
• Make a list to buy monthly unemployment insurance when signing a labor contract
• Make a list and implement unemployment insurance regimes for employees when they arise
• Monitor and plan, distribute uniforms for employees
• Monitor outsourced output,
• Follow up on hiring seasonal workers
• Update and monitor personnel changes to adjust payroll, social insurance, and company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education level: University/College in related majors: Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Labor and salary, Law…
• At least 2 years working in a position equivalent to the size of a 200-employee manufacturing company
• Good Excel skills
• Knowledge of Labor Law, Law on Social Insurance
• Possess good communication, data processing, and analysis skills, negotiation & relationship building skills.
• Meticulous, careful, honest, patient, and good memory. Can handle work pressure
